I had my virtual interview via Zoom.. 

The interview started at 4.30pm just now. Well, everything went well except for the zoom network was not very good. 

When the interviewer explained regarding the jobscope, she mentioned about if the task is not completed, you will be fired immediately. I was like " Wow"! Okay, I wasn't expect that. Of course, every task will be treated like a new challenges for me and will try my best to complete it within the day and time given if I'm selected. 

The jobscope was: 

1) Support Premium Financial Consultants in admin duties.
2) Run errands on behalf of Premium Financial Consultants to meet the client to sign claims form.
3) Submit claims form at the office.
4) Day to day basis task to do calling for: Client / call list for Premium Consultants to set review appointments.
5) Handling, scanning , sorting of receipts, Printing and Photocopying.
6) Communication: To learn a Link team (Equipment) to connect with clients to make appointments for Financial Consultants.
7) Assist Financial Consultants for Social Media Post (Basic design work: Canva - to design content and marketing) to engaged the clients.
8) Have to complete the task within the time given.  

SIDE NOTE: WILL BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY IF WORK IS NOT COMPLETED!

 

Well, with this kind of work scope, I am unsure if I am able to make it. I am not saying I am giving up but due to the work task given and the requirements is demanding "Will be fired immediately if unable to finish the task" just afraid that I am not be able to fulfill the task and complete it for jobscope (4) and (7). 

 

Anyway, I still have 1 more of virtual interview tomorrow morning at 11am with NTUC Learning Hub. Hope it went smoothly tomorrow. I still have awaiting for results this week for the interview that I went last Thursday. 

 

For husband, he told me that he received a temp slip of Vocational License for SMRT bus.. And that depends on the LTA if given a chance to the people who have been in prison. May everything well smoothly for sayang.
