Peace Be Upon You! Assalamualaikum to all my blog readers out there! 

It's been a while since I last wrote. 

 

Anyways, it is been tough for both of us, me and my husband. 

Long story short, currently just given back the building pass to the hiring director since he found a Chinese candidate instead. I was so angry cause he asked me to wait for another 2-3 weeks due to system app is implementing and other stuff after I came to work for 2 days only. Well, I could says maybe it's not my rezeki to work there.

 

As for my husband, things goes well smoothly for his 1st week of training at AMK Bus Deport. During his 1st week of training, things have been struggle and stress for him as they keep on asking him to provide his doctor's memo again. 

 

Yesterday morning when he started his 2nd week of training at Jurong East, his HR again emailed him and informed him regarding his doctor's memo again. The memo stated that he is able to learn class 4A and strike out "Drive. And ask my husband to ask his doctor for a new memo just because of strike out "Drive" so that have proof that he is able to drive instead of learn to drive. Of course my husband need to learn to drive to take his Class 4A in order to become a bus driver.

To the HR understanding maybe she thinks that my husband is unable to drive. She doesn't understand the memo that actually is learning Class 4A to become a bus driver. The department keep on back and forth regarding his conditions. I told my husband if it is too hard or difficult for him, just let the HR know and opt out from the training program because to me it is too much. 

 

First, he have to wait to collect his medical kit. Second, he have to go for his medical check up and stuck with the TP side back and forth. Third, he have to wait 2-3 weeks for his medical results. Forth, it took up about 2 months to wait for everything to settle. And now, this? Is like alot of requirement if you want to join in Govt sector.
