Assalamualaikum to all my blog readers!

It's been a while since the last I wrote. Like what, 5 months now? Yup. 

Anyway, yesterday was my last day of work with AIA but yet, I didn't came for work on my last day due to some emergency that need to attend to. Couldn't stand it the workload including the supervisor. I had a teams meeting in last few weeks ago telling me that I have to learn how supervisor's work task processing and so on. Meaning, I have to learn supervisor's work including folding letters of outgoing mails. Which I find so ridiculous as I am just a temp staff till Dec 2020 and what is the point of learning when I am not going to continue my contract, right? 

I know that I am a fast learner but I feel that they are taking advantage of me. I don't know what I have learned during my 3 months working with them. First 2 weeks when I joined in, I have to cleared out backlog of previous years of documents and have to sort and put inside the boxes and to be sent out to warehouse. After which, I have to learn on how to update the status of the outstanding amount of Group Hospital Employees Benefits to excelsheet. It is a daily task. 

 The group was split into 2 groups which have 3 different timings. Which they choose for me, 9.45am-6.30pm. Some staff are still WFH and some have to split their days to work in office or WFH. Well, to cut short story, I was pissed off cause of when I'm leaving, and the HR posted an ad in FastJobs, stated the jobscope is totally different from what they explained to me during the interview (Picture on the left is what they explained to me the jobscope and picture on the right is when the HR posted the job ad when I am leaving the company)


 And now I know, that the jobscope is really not tally to what they explained to me. Well, I can say that good luck to the next person who takes over and good luck to them who will works with the supervisor. Funny thing is that when you're a supervisor, you would need to take full responsible of your work instead of asking other staff to help you to do it on daily basis which that is not on your workscope. And it's really not worth it at all cause they didn't raise my salary to do supervisor's job.

And alhamdulillah I gotten an job offered way before I leave AIA. Starting my new job on next Monday, 5 October 2020. Hope this job, I can stay longer and hope that this is something that I really wanna do in the next few years down the road. And I do not need to be worried cause this is a full time job not a contract. Alhamdulillah syukur.
