Hey Guys! Weekend is almost over!

Been sick since on Tuesday after work when i came back home. Was having gastric pain since after i at home from work on Tuesday.. Really having the sharp pain right after dinner.. Heartburn strike back on Tuesday night right after dinner. So i tried to endure it and sleep with pain.. Couldn't sleep as much cause i woke up with a pain and couldn't sleep back. i try not to vomit as if i were to vomit the pain will be worst as i have been through it before.

 

Didn't went to work on Wednesday and Friday due to the pain didn't recover almost forgot to buy medication for heartburn. Yesterday, went to NTUC to buy my salad and also purhase Gaviscon medication for heartburn so this is to standby in case at night i wok up with pain. 

 Buy 3 packets to just standby... 

 

Now, if i wanna have lunch or dinner, i have to eat a very small portion due to having heartburn easily...
